By using the torque release technique, owner Tanner Kurz targets nerves in a problem area to then adjust and trigger your body's ability to heal itself. “Research shows that a subluxation, or a misalignment of the bone… It's like unplugging a cable from the wall, then that line is dead,” said Kurz. “So, we just replug all those nerves back in by realigning the bones, taking the pressure off the nerve, and that's how your body gets better.”
This treatment is available for anyone, from infants to elders, and Kurz has made it his mission to be “the last stop in folks' journeys,” he said.
Kurz shared a story of a lady who came in for an appointment who had tried everything from seeing other chiropractors to physical therapy, and felt her only option was surgery. “She said, ‘honestly, this is my last hope, I don't have that much faith that this will work, but let's see,’” said Kurz. “Within four visits, she said, ‘I've never felt so good in my life.’” At one point, “she could barely walk down the driveway to even grab the mail. Now, her next goal is to walk up to three miles,” said Kurz.
Using specialized care plans for each customer, focusing on what is needed to allow optimal internal healing, leveraging technology, and focusing on specific chiropractic adjustments that improve neurological health, releasing stress from the body, Kurz’s approach assists the body in healing itself.
