Stanton & Company, a home remodeling business, was established in 2007 by Stanton Pearce in Aledo. Pearce called Aledo home for nearly 25 years while building his business.
He developed the concept for Stanton & Company in 2007, and by 2013, he opened a remodeling showroom on Bankhead Highway in Aledo.
Over the years, his business grew, and to reach more clientele he opened a design center and corporate office, both in Fort Worth. However, “still over half of my business is in Parker County,” Pearce said. “My roots [are in] Aledo.”
Having been involved in many groups in the community like Watch D.O.G.S, City of Aledo Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Aledo Athletic Booster Club, while also running Stanton & Company, he built a great reputation personally and professionally – setting him up for success in the business world.
Specializing in occupied residential renovations, the team works alongside homeowners to create a plan and make their vision come true. It’s a “one stop source for all remodeling needs, from design conception through construction,” while specializing in people living through it, according to the Stanton & Company website. Pearce utilizes his “secret sauce,” his employees, project managers, subcontractors, and a large team of specialists to complete high-value projects.
“My product, it happens to be remodeling, but really my business is customer service,” said Pearce. Pearce prides his company on the rapport they have built through successful renovations, from the client support through the final product.
“What separates us is you’re not cheap,” said Stanton when describing a compliment he received at a meeting. “You will take care of [the customer]. If it takes money to make someone happier [with the project outcome], to tear it out and do it again, you don’t bat an eye.”
Pearce plans on continuing to grow his business and expand into more locations across DFW and as success and growth continue for Stanton & Company, he emphasizes the importance of quality work, customer experience, and communication.
“I’m constantly evolving [the company] and trying to have better product and better service,” he said.
