Haros was instrumental in the Coyotes’ success this year, ranking No. 23 in the nation. She came in second at the Southwest District tournament, scoring one over par. She also earned the Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference’s Player of the Year award, as well as a spot on the all-conference first team.
The Coyotes never fell out of the top 10 nationally ranked teams, earning their first conference championship in program history, and secured a second consecutive trip to the NJCAA Division 1 National Championship, where WC placed fourth.
