Hale announces re-election bid

Parker County Pct. 4 Commissioner Mike Hale has announced he is running for re-election.

“I am a conservative Texan through and through by conviction, by upbringing, and by five generations of family roots right here in Texas,” Hale said. “Those conservative values are not slogans to me. They are the principles I live by every day. They mean being honest, hardworking, dependable, fiscally responsible, and a man of my word. They mean standing firm when it matters and always doing what is right, not what is easy.”

Hale said his values have guided all of his decisions as a county commissioner, and will continue to do so.

“As a proud husband, father, and grandfather, I have been blessed to raise my family in Parker County, passing on the values that make this community strong. Serving this community has only strengthened my commitment to protecting what makes our county a special place to call home.”

Hale described the growth in Parker County as a “tidal wave of new residents and development” moving into the area.

“We must lead with foresight and discipline, planning responsibly for future generations while honoring and preserving the heritage and conservative values that define our community,” Hale said.

Hale said he is committed to responsible planning, smart infrastructure investment, and “protecting our rural character and way of life for today and for generations to come.”
