Chris Ibarra named executive director of Clear Fork of Willow Park

Twenty-one years into his senior-care career and Texas Assisted Living Association’s 2026 Executive Director of the Year, Chris Ibarra has just added a new title: executive director of Clear Fork of Willow Park.

Clear Fork is an assisted living and memory care community.

Ibarra’s background spans marketing and administration roles across skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and hospice care. He credits his grandmother, a nurse for more than 60 years, with drawing him toward geriatrics.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas and is pursuing a master’s in the same field. Ibarra is a certified activity director, certified assisted living manager, and certified dementia practitioner.

Ibarra volunteers with eldercare organizations and serves on the board of the Tarrant Area Gerontological Society.

“Chris brings a rare mix of clinical insight and genuine care to this role,” said Tricia Moon, Community Relations director of Clear Fork of Willow Park. “His years of experience across the senior care spectrum give him a deep understanding of what residents and families need. We look forward to seeing the community grow under his leadership.”
